Had a fantastic experience! Aside from being the cheapest tour we could find online, it was well organized, and the tour guide and driver were easy to communicate with. A special mention to Ma'am Maricar, our tour guide during the underground river; she is very friendly and knowledgeable about Puerto Princesa, which is great for us because we are new to the area and don't know much about it. Will definitely return to Palawan and book again with Travelgoalspal Travel and Tour. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the best travel tour agency I had so far! Sabi ko sa mga kasama ko wag masyadong mag expect since ito yung agency na may pinaka murang inooffer na tour, but lahat kami sobrang nagenjoy. From Underground River, Honda Bay and City Tour sobrang quality. Lahat ng tour guide is accommodating and masaya pong kasama. If you want a hassle and stress free and budget friendly tours (Puerto Princesa, Underground and Honda Bay), they have it! Plus they are very accommodating not only till you get paid but to your entire stay and tour. You can ask them best places to eat dinner or help going around the city. I didn't expect too much to our accommodation since we're paying a cheap tour package but suprisingly the hotel is nice with friendly staff and near restaurants, grocery and to SM Palawan! And the breakfast will make you full till lunch time. The tours are so relaxing plus the tour guides are so friendly. They make sure you have a decent photo not just a selfie. Best to get a tour than do a DIY. Just my preference 🙂 But don't expect too much with the buffet lunches. I was expecting some seafood buffet since I'm in Palawan but to my surprise they only offer one type of seafood. We got fish during the underground river tour and squid during the Honda Bay tour. Well, I got what I paid for. I will definitely be using this tour agency again on my next visit to Palawan. El Nido and Coron 🙂
